We are living in an era of overwhelming information. The challenge is to find the correct and relevant information. This challenge is even more so for farmers that have other things to focus on than to look for and sifting through information.

Why IPNN?

INDEPENDANT

This network will share information honestly, independent and transparent. Our aim is to give the farmer the best information available, period.

PLANT NUTRITION

Agriculture is a vast subject with numerous disciplines. From our experience and knowledge base, we focus on Plant Nutrition and everything related to plant health and vitality. We focus on sustainable, environmentally sound and socially acceptable farming practices.

NETWORK

This is not just a one-way stream of information. Who knows his farm better than the farmer himself? It is time that we learn from each other (maybe a farmer in India has a solution for a farmer in South Africa). We create a platform for members to be able to ask relevant questions and get independent answers.

World

The Independent Plant Nutrition Network aims to assist farmers in knowledge building by finding relevant information, summarizing it, and making it available on a user-friendly platform. This will include training, independent product reviews (focusing on the science behind the claims), and overviews of new technologies. The IPNN provides information for everyone, from the urban farmer just starting out to the small-scale farmer needing information to grow better quality produce, all the way up to large commercial farmers who need to know if new technologies will be beneficial.
